No Returns for Change of Mind

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, price comparison, buyer’s remorse, or no longer wanting the item.
  • Please review product images, descriptions, and condition details carefully before placing an order.

Condition-Based Claims

  • All items are sold in collector-grade condition, as described on the product page.
  • Minor card bends, soft corners, or handling marks are common in collectibles and do not qualify as defects unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

A refund or replacement will be considered only if:

  • The wrong item was delivered, or
  • The item arrived with major damage caused during shipping

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear unboxing video evidence (continuous, unedited)

Claims without proper evidence will not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • If a claim is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.

Courier-Related Issues

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or regional disruptions are not grounds for refunds.
  • Once the order is handed over to the courier, transit handling is outside our direct control.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and processed.
