Condition-Based Claims
- All items are sold in collector-grade condition, as described on the product page.
- Minor card bends, soft corners, or handling marks are common in collectibles and do not qualify as defects unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
A refund or replacement will be considered only if:
- The wrong item was delivered, or
- The item arrived with major damage caused during shipping
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear unboxing video evidence (continuous, unedited)
Claims without proper evidence will not be accepted.
Refund Process
- If a claim is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.
Courier-Related Issues
- Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or regional disruptions are not grounds for refunds.
